suara banua news -BANJARBARU, Seorang pelajar Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 1 Gambut, berinisial MIR 19 tahun, meninggal dunia setelah tertabrak mobil polisi di Jalan Ahmad Yani, Kecamatan Liang Anggang, Kota Banjarbaru, Minggu (27/7/2025).

PERISTIWA tersebut terekam dalam sebuah video amatir yang beredar luas di media sosial, memperlihatkan sepeda motor korban ringsek di bawah mobil polisi milik Direktorat Samapta Polda Kalsel, sementara korban tergeletak bersimbah darah.


Polda Kalimantan Selatan melalui Kabid Humas, Kombes Pol Adam Erwindi, menyampaikan belasungkawa dan permohonan maaf atas kejadian ini.

Pihaknya menyatakan kasus tersebut masih dalam tahap penyelidikan dan menunggu hasil pemeriksaan Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP) dari Direktorat Lalu Lintas Polda Kalsel untuk mengetahui kronologi pasti kecelakaan.

“Kami masih menunggu hasil pemeriksaan olah TKP dari Ditlantas Polda Kalsel,” ujar Kombes Pol Adam Erwindi.

Hingga saat ini, detail kronologi kecelakaan masih belum dapat dipastikan.

Polisi tengah bekerja keras untuk mengungkap penyebab pasti peristiwa yang mengakibatkan hilangnya nyawa seorang pelajar ini.

Pihak keluarga korban tengah berduka dan mendapat dukungan dari berbagai pihak.***

A student from SMKN 1 Gambut, Banjarbaru, Died After Being Hit by a Police Car

suara banua news- BANJARBARU, A 19-year-old student from State Vocational High School 1 Gambut (SMKN 1 Gambut), identified only as MIR, died after being hit by a police car on Jalan Ahmad Yani, Liang Anggang District, Banjarbaru City, on Sunday (July 27, 2025).

The incident was recorded in an amateur video that has been widely circulated on social media. The video shows the victim’s motorcycle crushed under a police car belonging to the Directorate of Samapta, South Kalimantan Regional Police (Polda Kalsel), while the victim lay bleeding.

The South Kalimantan Regional Police, through its Public Relations Head, Senior Commissioner Pol Adam Erwindi, expressed condolences and apologies for the incident.

They stated that the case is still under investigation and they are awaiting the results of the crime scene investigation (TKP) from the South Kalimantan Regional Police Traffic Directorate to determine the exact chronology of the accident.

“We are still waiting for the results of the crime scene investigation from the South Kalimantan Regional Police Traffic Directorate,” said Senior Commissioner Pol Adam Erwindi.

To date, the details of the accident chronology are still uncertain.

The police are working hard to uncover the exact cause of the incident that resulted in the death of the student.
