suara banua news-MARTAPURA, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Banjar menggelar Rapat Paripurna, Kamis pagi, membahas dua Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) krusial: Raperda tentang Pengakuan, Perlindungan, dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Hukum Adat, serta Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan.

RAPAT yang dipimpin Ketua DPRD H. Agus Maulana di ruang paripurna lantai 2 Gedung DPRD Banjar Martapura dihadiri oleh Plh Sekretaris Daerah Banjar Ikhwansyah dan unsur eksekutif lainnya.


Fraksi Golkar dan Gerindra memberikan dukungan positif terhadap kedua Raperda.

Fraksi Golkar menekankan pentingnya perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat adat Banjar, menjamin eksistensi budaya lokal dan memberikan kepastian hukum atas hak-hak mereka.

Terkait Raperda Administrasi Kependudukan, Fraksi Golkar mendorong pelayanan yang cepat, mudah, gratis, dan tanpa diskriminasi, termasuk penerapan Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) dan penghapusan denda keterlambatan.

Fraksi Gerindra turut mendukung pengakuan hak-hak tradisional masyarakat adat, menganggapnya vital untuk pelestarian lingkungan, pengelolaan sumber daya alam berkelanjutan, dan pelestarian nilai-nilai kearifan lokal.

Fraksi ini juga berharap Raperda Administrasi Kependudukan menghasilkan pelayanan yang profesional, tertib, dan inklusif, serta mendukung perencanaan pembangunan berbasis data akurat.

Kedua fraksi sepakat bahwa Raperda ini selaras dengan UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah.

Rapat Paripurna ini merupakan tahap awal pembahasan Raperda. Pembahasan selanjutnya akan dilakukan bersama antara DPRD dan Pemerintah Daerah.***

Banjar DPRD Holds Plenary Session to Discuss Two Important Draft Regional Regulations

suara banua news – MARTAPURA – The Banjar Regency Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) held a plenary session Thursday morning to discuss two crucial draft regional regulations (Raperda): the Raperda on the Recognition, Protection, and Empowerment of Customary Law Communities, and the Raperda on the Administration of Population.

The meeting, chaired by the Chairman of the DPRD, H. Agus Maulana, in the plenary hall on the 2nd floor of the Banjar Martapura DPRD building, was attended by the Acting Secretary of Banjar Regency, Ikhwansyah, and other executive officials.

The Golkar and Gerindra factions expressed their positive support for both Raperda.

The Golkar faction emphasized the importance of legal protection for Banjar’s customary communities, ensuring the existence of local culture and providing legal certainty regarding their rights.

Regarding the Raperda on Population Administration, the Golkar faction urged for fast, easy, free, and non-discriminatory services, including the implementation of Digital Population Identity (IKD) and the elimination of late fees.

The Gerindra faction also supported the recognition of the traditional rights of customary communities, considering it vital for environmental preservation, sustainable natural resource management, and the preservation of local wisdom values.

This faction also hoped that the Raperda on Population Administration would result in professional, orderly, and inclusive services, and support development planning based on accurate data.

Both factions agreed that these Raperda are in line with Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government.

This plenary session is the initial stage of the Raperda discussion. Further discussions will be conducted jointly between the DPRD and the Regional Government.***
